This spacious house has a fully equipped kitchen and offers three different living areas, providing plenty ofopportunity to relax and unwind. One living area has a gas log fire perfect for snuggling on those cosy winter nights and is equipped with a TV, video/DVD player and a stereo. And on those warm summer evenings sit back and enjoy the fabulous views from the upstairs balcony. Accommodation can easily sleep up to 6. The master bedroom features a queen-size bedroom with ensuite: whilst 2 additional twin bedrooms share a main bathroom and provide flexibility for families and groups. All rooms are equipped with heaters and fans and airconditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the seasons. So treat someone special to an unforgettable getaway at Swan Bay Home.

A DEPOSIT OF $250 IS REQUIRED ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED. THIS IS PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY PROVIDER AND IS NOT PART OF THE BOOKING PAYMENT. Pets are welcome but a $40 per pet per stay charge will apply. Payable direct to provider. Please advise in Request section of the booking form

Occupancy:

Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 6 guests). Of the extra guests 4 may be an adult.

Cancellations:

A deposit of 20% of the total tariff is required to secure the booking, the balance together with $250 refundable bond to be paid either by direct deposit 7 business days before arrival or cash on arrival. Full payment is required for a one night booking upon making the booking. A full refund of the deposit less fees or charges will be given for a cancellation of up to and including 30 days prior to booking. Less than 30 days and more than 7 days a refund of 50% of the required deposit paid, less a $50 surcharge will also be applied. No refund will be given for cancellations of 7 days or less or no show. Any bond money already paid will be refunded subject to and included in the above conditions.

Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned. All cancellations fees/refunds charged by the Property must be negotiated direct with the Property Owner/Manager.
