Harrington House is a very well equipped 3 bedroom beach house, located just approximately 600 metres from the Ocean Grove surf beach. This home is suited to couples, singles and families. The home has a lovely side deck with BBQ and outdoor setting, this deck leads out to a fully enclosed yard complete with children’s playgym and sand pit. Harrington House is pet friendly. It has a newly renovated bathroom, 3 bedrooms (1 x queen, 2 x single, 1 x bunk set up which is 2 more single beds).

Cancellations:

A deposit of the first nights accommodation is required to secure a booking. 1. More than 21 days notice of cancellation is made - full refund is issued. 2. 7 - 21 days notice of cancellation is made - full refund returned unless the townhouse is not rebooked. 3. Less than 7 days notice (inc. non arrival) - full payment of period booked is required. A booking fee of $50.00 is payable for any cancellation made. During peak times, and for general bookings of 4 days or more, a minimum 60 day notice of cancellation must be made to receive a refund; therefore, point number one does not apply to these bookings. This home is very child friendly. Children are not charged at an extra rate. The per nightly rate is a rate for 6 persons to enjoy the house.

Harrington House is perfect for those with a boat, caravan or a few cars as there is plenty of off street parking, some of which is undercover. The house is set on a very straight stretch of road and there is plenty of street parking aswell.

Things to do:

Harrington House is a cozy, neat and tidy home on The Bellarine. There are ample toys, books, games and activities for the children, as well as an outdoor playgym and sand pit. The yard is fully enclosed. There are approx. 100 movies to enjoy, as well as 2 TV's, set top box for better viewing, DVD and video players. Beach equipment and toys, boogy boards and outdoor kids toys are also on hand.
